"Faidra's Olive Grove" villa is located in 2 acres of olive trees giving the absolute sense of tranquility and relaxation. On the front side of the villa you will find a private pool of 45m2, part of which is suitable for children. The pool can also be heated upon request.
You can enjoy a limitless view to the sea from any side of the villa; either while you wander around the olive grove, between the fruit trees and the herbs, or while you are relaxing with a cocktail at the patio. In the area below the pool, there is an open lawn space of 100m2 with a playground, which inlcudes a swing, a slide and climbing ropes.
The main building is 185m2, has two floors and it is traditionally made with stone walls of 65cm width that preserves the natural coolness in the house and provide insulation. The villa is equipped with a state of art heating and cooling system with wall mounted fancoil for excellent performance and zero noise operation.
On the ground floor you will find the open plan space with a comfortable living room, a large dining room hosting up to 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical devices you will need and a fully equipped office (including internet connection, PC and printer). The open space is combining traditional with modern design as the floor is decorated with screed and handmade tiles and there is also a fireplace. You will also find a spacious double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate wc. Through the patio you have direct access to the pool, the external lounge and the garden.
On the top floor there are two ensuite bedrooms; a twin bed bedroom and one with a double bed made of screed. The later also gives you access to a separate patio shadowed by a large olive tree. An amazing spot for absolute relaxation and calmness. All the mattresses are of top quality Dunlopillo.
